About East Side

Need to be close to King’s Cross? How about part of it? East Side is the refurbished wing of the old Railway offices forming part of the station building itself. Remodelled and transformed into amazing office space, giving private offices, coworking areas and meeting rooms. Business centres don’t get much better connected than East Side at King’s Cross Station. Located in the Eastern Wing of the station – itself close to platform one – this business centre benefits from easy connections across London, the rest of the UK and Europe. The building has recently been sympathetically refurbished, exposing all the original brickwork and iron features. This creates a unique, high impact office space which is sure to make a great first impression on your clients. The office space itself is bright and airy, with high ceilings and feature lighting throughout. The interior has been furnished in a modern contemporary style which creates a funky atmosphere within which to work. Being located in the heart of the Kings Cross regeneration area, the centre benefits from being close to many trendy cafes, bars and restaurants. Pancras Square is close by, providing the perfect location for alfresco dining during the spring and summer. Companies and freelancers in the tech sector will benefit from being close to tech giants such as Google and Facebook. Central St Martins University is nearby, providing easy access to the next generation of creative talent.
