150 Minories

About 150 Minories

150 Minories has a carefully curated layout that is aimed to optimise teamworking, with multiple break-out areas that are designed to be comfortable and social, and dedicated meeting rooms ergonomically planned for high-quality communication. Each office is fully furnished with the intention of supporting big and small teams with everything they may need, whether that be online meetings, deep focus sessions or creative collaboration. Each desk has dedicated internet bandwidth, meaning wifi is not shared between many users, which can limit connectivity. This innovative space pairs style and versatility throughout, resulting in boosted productivity. There are also ample spaces to wind down and relax without having to leave the building, with a newly renovated cafe bar on the ground floor with baristas, plus fully stocked kitchens with coffee machines should you want to make your own drink. It also features an onsite gym that you can access whenever you like. Tube stations are located nearby for easy commuting as well as Fenchurch Street station. It is moments away from landmarks such as the Tower of London, the Cheesegrater, Lloyds Building, and the beautiful St Katherine’s Dock. There are also plenty of local eateries nearby as well as pleasant walking and cycling routes.
