Gatwick, located 38 miles south of London, is perhaps best known as home to the UK’s second busiest airport. The airport provides links across the world with direct flights to Asia, The Middle East, America and Europe. As a result, several international companies have chosen to base their UK operations here.
As you would expect from an area dominated by a major international airport, Gatwick has exceptional transport connections. Central London can be reached in around 30 minutes by train. While junction 7 of the M25 motorway is less than 7 miles away which provides easy access across the south-east.
Most office space in the area is located on the airports business park which sits south of the runway close to the nearby town of Crawley. A range of commercial space is available here from industrial units to serviced offices and campus-style HQ buildings. Major industries located around the airport include aviation, aerospace, defence, technology and advanced manufacturing.
