A new serviced office location on Princes Street in Edinburgh is opening in June 2023. Adjacent to Edinburgh Waverley railway station, the offices are close to St James Quarter, an inspiring destination for people to shop, work, live and dine.

Consisting of 16,000 sq ft of Grade A space in the building, expanding into Scotland and adding to its rapidly-growing portfolio; the landlord also recently announced the acquisition of a site in Nottingham. Spanning two floors, 40 Princes Street will offer open-plan coworking space, private offices and meeting rooms with up to 325 desks available.

The building – accessible 24/7 – will be equipped with a number of amenities, including a brand new reception, glass lifts, water stations and showers, so users will have everything they could possibly need. Front-of-house staff will also man the building’s entrance, providing a friendly welcome to both occupants and visitors, and there will be a barista on-site offering speciality tea and roasted coffee.

The landlord is planning to open more workspaces in Manchester and Birmingham in the near future, but for now, 40 Princes Street is expected to open its doors in June 2023.
